Sensory Analysis Wine Class
Itís like taking a semester of college and compacting it into 3 hours. Come learn to dissect a wines origin, variety, quality level and year it was grown. So much to learn but Marc takes the complicated and breaks it down to the simplest form. After taking Sommelier Marc Sauterís class, the subject of wine will be much more understandable and most importantly fun. And if youíre hungry after class, please inquire about reservations for dinner in our main dining room.
