
Zoës Executive Chef
Jerry Weihbrecht, a native of Pennsylvania, received his training at the Johnson
& Wales University and completed his Apprenticeship at Roy's in Denver, CO and
Hawaii.
In 2003, Chef Weihbrecht came to Virginia Beach to become Zoës Executive Chef, where
he has won numerous awards, including Hampton Roads Platinum Plates Award three
times with the most recent 2009 #1 Winner, and the 2010 Santé Restaurant Award.*

Chef Weihbrecht is known for many of his scrumptious
concoctions, but one of the local's favorite is his famous
Blue Crab Mac-n-Cheese Recipe. Although he won't give out the
exact recipe (you'll have to come to Zoës for the real thing), he has generously
agreed to share a close but equally delicious rendition.
Zoës makes all of their desserts from scratch. Shown here, Dessert/Sous-Chef Natalie Berk drizzles honey on a sweet dessert.
