It's like taking a semester of college and compacting it into 3 hours. Come learn to dissect a wines origin, variety, quality level and year it was grown. So much to learn but Marc takes the complicated and breaks it down to its simplest form.
After taking Sommelier Marc Sauter's class, the subject of wine will be much more understandable and most importantly fun. If you're hungry after class, please inquire about reservation for dinner in our main dining room.
